Catalog and scoping meeting
You review a public catalog where we publish one, and we talk through your process before any commitment.
Written proposal
After learning your process, we put scope, timeline, training and support in writing.
Dedicated installation
Installed on your servers or network. Data never leaves your organization.
Training & support
We train your users, and support continues under contract.
We don’t list fixed prices. The price is set after discovery and follows the agreed scope.
Running a tender? Send the statement of work and equipment inquiry, and we’ll prepare a technical offer.
Product questions
What does on-premise enterprise software mean, and why install it on our own server?
It means the system runs on your organization’s own server or network, not on ours or on an outside cloud service. The result is simple: your data never leaves your organization, and access stays in your hands.
Are the products off-the-shelf, or built to order?
Four systems install on your network and are configured to your process. Installation, training and support are defined in a written proposal.
How is enterprise software priced?
There’s no fixed price on the site because it depends on scope: the size of your organization or site, how much configuration your process needs, installation, user training and the support model. After discovery, the price comes in the written proposal.
Is the public catalog connected to your system?
No. A public catalog shows the product, and we don’t put client names on the site. Network atlas, solar monitoring, the directory and Taradod Nexus each link to a catalog. Deployment details are discussed in a meeting.
What support do we get after installation?
User training, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance. With a monitoring contract, equipment supply and business-hours response continue too.
See the right system in a catalog or a meeting.
In a demo session we walk you through it and talk about fitting it to your network and processes.
