Enterprise directory questions
Is this a CRM?
It is a who’s-who for staff, not a sales pipeline. Extensions, privacy and org context sit on every card.
What is the personnel-photo limit?
From the people table, JPEG, PNG or WebP, max 2 MB. A crop modal frames the circular card before upload.
Are the screens a customer?
Card identities were swapped to fictional demo people and companies before capture. Sample figures, not a customer's results.
Find the right extension in one search.
We’ll show you the demo on a sample list and talk through your structure.

Who it's for
Built for holding IT that needs a trusted who’s‑who across companies — on‑prem, Persian RTL PWA — not a cloud CRM contacts list or a spreadsheet that drifts. Privacy for mobile and email stays with operators.
Where it sits
No more stale lists. Live search, filters, and a multi-company tree — always current under IT, without reprint cycles. A who’s-who for staff, not a sales pipeline. Extensions, privacy, and org context on every card. Unify silos inside the org: notices, usage visibility, Excel intake, backup and restore, and 2FA — owned by IT.
Staff directory — find anyone, reach them now
Search by name, department, or email; filter by company. Each card is a profile: photo when on file, extension, and — when privacy allows — one‑tap email and mobile. The who’s‑who colleagues open every day.

Admin login — operators only
A separate management entry so day‑to‑day callers never land on governance tools.
Command dashboard — see holding health at a glance
Companies, headcount, active vs hidden, and recent sensitive activity on one screen — so operators know where to act before diving into reports.
Companies — multi‑company tree and prefixes
Create and edit holding companies, bilingual names, and phone prefixes that prepend to employee extensions.
Employees — add, edit, hide, dedupe
Full people table with filters, new‑user flow, duplicate management, and per‑row edit, visibility, and delete. Edit opens the personnel photo flow (screens 16–17).
Admin accounts — Super Admin control
Manage operator accounts; Super Admin can add or remove admins and reset 2FA or passwords.
Activity log — who changed what
Audit trail of logins, imports, backups, and directory edits — accountability for IT and holding leadership.
Usage monitoring — prove the directory earns its keep
See what people search, when they open the book, and on which devices — confidence for IT and leadership that the directory is alive, not a forgotten intranet page.
Holding notices — reach everyone where they already look
Publish time‑bounded notices that appear as a banner on the staff directory — one channel instead of scattered emails and chat pins.
Excel import — bulk people load
Template download, preview, skip duplicates or update by email, and transactional rollback on structural errors.
Backup export — take a recoverable snapshot
One Backup & Restore admin page. This frame highlights export: download a JSON snapshot of companies, employees, notices, and admin metadata for disaster recovery.
Protected restore — recover without guesswork
Same Backup & Restore page — this frame highlights restore: Super Admin–only load with a confirmation phrase and optional wipe‑before‑load.
Security — Authenticator 2FA
Enable TOTP 2FA, show recovery codes, and let Super Admin reset another admin’s second factor.
Visual theme — brand the public book
Tune the staff‑facing book: colors, effects, and presentation without redeploying.
Change password — operator hygiene
Strong password policy for admin accounts — length, case, digit, and symbol.
Personnel photo — turn a name into a trusted profile
From the people table, edit a person and attach a profile photo (JPEG/PNG/WebP, max 2 MB). That face becomes the avatar colleagues see — photos and departments as trust signals, not a faceless list.
Photo crop — frame the face for the card
Before upload, a crop modal lets you drag to frame, zoom with the wheel or slider, and preview the circular card crop. The saved image is compressed to WebP on the server — upload limit remains 2 MB.
Staff banner — notices where work already happens
How staff see holding notices: a clear banner on the directory. Complements the admin composer on frame 09 — compose there, appear here.
Demo notice text for the catalog only — identities and copy are fictional.
Capability map
A who’s-who that works: faces on cards, reachability under privacy, holding notices, usage visibility, and governance IT owns. Photo identity: upload and crop from edit (max 2 MB); avatars on staff cards. Reachability: extension, mobile, and email on cards when privacy allows. Holding notices: time-bounded notices in the staff experience. Operator analytics: usage monitoring, search heat, activity audit, dashboard KPIs. Governance: companies, employees, admins, Excel import, duplicate merge, backup/restore, visual theme. Security: 2FA and recovery codes, password policy, Super Admin gates, separate admin login.
